From the moment the day started, everything felt easy, intentional, and full of energy. Meegan and Brett created a celebration that felt like them from start to finish, and honestly, that’s always the goal.

Right away, the ocean backdrop set the tone. Even though the sky had a soft overcast feel, it made the colors pop in the best way. And because of that, every detail stood out even more!

Colorful Sheraton Kauai Wedding Ceremony by the Ocean

One of my favorite parts of this Sheraton Kauai wedding was the ceremony setup. Instead of going super traditional, they leaned into something more modern and playful. The circular arch filled with bold florals brought so much life to the space, and it framed the ocean perfectly.

I always tell couples that florals can completely shift the vibe of a day, and this was such a good example of that. The team at Liko Floral absolutely nailed it. The mix of warm tones with tropical textures felt elevated but still really fun. And then, when guests started arriving, you could feel the excitement build as everyone took it in!

Reception Details that Tied Everything Together

When it came to the reception, the details were just as thoughtful. The table settings felt clean and refined, while still tying back to the colorful floral design. I especially loved how the pops of yellow and peach carried through each arrangement. It kept everything cohesive without feeling overly styled.

The coordination team made the entire day feel seamless, which is such a huge part of what allows couples to actually enjoy their wedding. And then once the music started, the whole vibe shifted into celebration mode!
