A wedding is one of the most significant and personal events in a couple’s life, and capturing those special moments is a responsibility i cherish deeply! Recently, I had the honor of capturing Halle + Blake’s intimate Kauai destination wedding. It was breathtaking! They traveled all the way from California, bringing only their closest family members. It was a truly special and intimate celebration.

A Romantic Destination Wedding in Kauai

Halle and Blake chose the serene Hanalei/Princeville area for their wedding, exchanging vows in the gorgeous backyard of their Airbnb. The atmosphere was filled with so much love and joy! The simplicity of the backyard allowed the genuine emotions and connections to shine. It made for really heartfelt photographs. After the ceremony, we headed to Tunnels Beach for stunning sunset photos. The golden hues of the sun, the gentle waves and the majestic mountains in the background created such a magical backdrop for Halle + Blake’s wedding!

H + B’s Love Story

“My fiancé Blake and I have been together for about 2 1/2 years! Honestly, we met on the good ole Tinder. But don’t tell my parents that… He actually grew up going to school with my cousins that I’m VERY close to so it was a funny coincidence! We literally clicked instantly when we met and our first dates were at the beach (hence Kauai being our dream location). We’re both very outgoing peoplekinda life of the party type! So even then, we really prioritize our families over everything which is why we keeping the wedding (mostly) immediate family, with a couple extended families included. Our goal is to have FUN and look good doin it ;D I hope you can help us achieve that!”
